Below are alternative hotels that are within a 1 mile radius of the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, where the NIH Regional Seminar in Baltimore will take place. Please note that these overflow hotels may not offer the conference rate, as they are not affiliated with our event.

A discounted seminar rate of $223 for a standard room is currently available from Monday, October 23 through Friday night, October 27.  This is a limited room block and so make your reservation today and don’t miss your opportunity to stay in the seminar hotel.  If you would like to stay additional nights, you will need to make a separate reservation at a non-discounted rate.  Room reservations for the seminar are to be made by individual attendees directly and are separate from the seminar registration fee.

Travel

Local Airports

Area Airports: Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) is the closest airport to Baltimore. However, two other airports (Dulles International Airport, IAD; and Reagan National Airport, DCA), located 45-60 miles from Baltimore, also serve the area. Depending on your departure city, certain airlines may offer more convenient flights to these other airports, so we suggest considering all three airports when planning your travel to the 2016 NIH Regional Seminar
