*The Workshop on Human Research Protections runs for the full day on May 3rd; however, if you have registered for the 2-day seminar, you may register for any of the half-day workshops as well. Be advised these are concurrent sessions and you will miss half of the Workshop on Human Research Protections. There is no discount for only attending half of the full day workshop.

**The workshop, Intellectual Property: An In-Depth Look at iEdison, is a 4-hour session from 1:00pm – 5:00pm.

***The Administrator’s Boot Camp is offered twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Registration Policies

Included in Registration

The 2-Day Seminar and optional Pre-seminar Workshop registration fees include:

  • the cost of registration;
  • conference proceedings;
  • conference materials; and
  • access to presenter presentations.

This year’s conference does not include food and beverages.

Payment Details

Payment must be made by credit card or check. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as “Ripple Effect Communications, Inc.” Checks must be received within 3 weeks of registration submission or before April 8, 2017, whichever is first, for registration to be valid. Participants paying by check will be notified by email if their registration is cancelled due to checks not received. Checks should be sent to:

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made on or before April 8, 2017, via email at conferences@rippleeffect.com. Requests submitted via phone, voice-mail message, fax, or mail, are neither valid nor accepted. For cancellations, Ripple Effect Management will refund the full amount of your registration payment minus a $40.00 processing fee within 30 days of the close of the event. All refunds will be issued in the original payment type. After April 8, 2017, no requests for refunds will be honored; however, substitutions are allowed and requests for such must be submitted by email to conferences@rippleeffect.com.

Refunds are not given for no-shows. Shared registrations are not allowed, nor are seminar fees transferable to future events.

Video & Photography Notification 

Portions of this seminar will be videotaped & recorded, and photographs by the NIH may be taken throughout the seminar. The videotapes, recordings and photographs may be used in the public domain, but no individual names will be associated with this media.
