Like a great idea, this Intellectual Property workshop starts at the beginning. This three hour workshop is designed to give participants a basic understanding of intellectual property; intellectual property rights and responsibilities; the Bayh-Dole Act and recipient compliance with the Act; and Inventions & Reporting via iEdison. Participants will interact with staff by participating in case studies and asking questions to NIH faculty.
This workshop is designed for participants who have fewer than two years’ intellectual property experience or are new to Grants Management, Sponsored Program, or Technology Transfer or would like a refresher course.
